Welcome to True Dry Cleaning and Laundry Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website located at www.truedcl.com (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, "Agreements").
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Services and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our Website and other services.

1. General Terms
1.1 Service Use
- Our Services include dry cleaning, laundry, wash-and-fold, and related offerings.
- Customers must provide accurate information and adhere to our policies for seamless service delivery.
1.2 Privacy Policy
- Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Services, you consent to these practices.
2. Scheduling and Delivery
2.1 Pickup and Delivery Schedule
- Available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Deliveries occur no earlier than 24 hours after pickup for thorough processing.
2.2 Geographical Restrictions
- Pickup and delivery are region-specific.
- Missed pickups or deliveries may be rescheduled for the next available slot.
2.3 Delivery Attempts and Fees
- Two (2) delivery attempts are included.
- Additional attempts incur a fee of TTD $25.00 per attempt.
2.4 Customer Responsibility
- Ensure laundry bags are free of harmful items. We are not liable for damages caused by objects left in garments.
3. Bag Policy
3.1 Laundry Bags Availability
- Branded laundry bags are available for purchase, earning loyalty points for rewards.
3.2 Use of Customer-Provided Bags
- Customers may use their own bags for wash-and-fold services.
- Unmarked or unsuitable bags may be disposed of without notice.
3.3 Bag Suitability and Responsibility
- The Company is not responsible for fragile bags or those containing valuable items, which may be returned prior to processing.
3.4 Hangers and Coverings
- External hangers and coverings are not accepted and will be returned to the customer.
4. Garment Care and Liability
4.1 Standard of Care
- We follow care label instructions and industry standards. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage.
- Inherent fabric weaknesses.
- Stains that cannot be removed.
4.2 Special Care Items
- Customers must label special care items; failure to do so limits liability.
4.3 Lost or Damaged Items
- Compensation is capped at 2.5 times the cleaning cost.
- Notify us of issues within 24 hours of receipt.
4.4 Stain Policy
- Stain removal is not guaranteed.
- Efforts cease if removal risks damage.
- Compensation for stain-related claims is capped at 2.5 times the cleaning cost.
5. Purchases and Payment Policy
5.1 Payment Terms
- In-Store Orders
- Full payment upfront via cash, card, or online payment.
- Pick-Up and Delivery Orders
- Payment due on or before delivery.
- No cash on delivery accepted.
- For orders over TTD $500.00, a 50% down payment is required.
- Corporate Billing Clients
- Subject to approval. Outstanding balances must be settled before new services.
- Order Storage and Liability
- (a) Orders left unclaimed for 30 days incur a 12% monthly storage fee.
- (b) Discounts applied during drop-off are void after 30 days.
- (c) Items unclaimed within three months may be sold to cover costs.
6. Wash-and-Fold Service
6.1 Service Quality
- Premium detergents are used, and sorting is based on colour and fabric type.
6.2 Ineligible Items
- Large bedding, delicate fabrics, and excessively stained/damaged items may be refused.
6.3 Minimum Charge
- A TTD $20.00 minimum applies to wash-and-fold orders.
7. Customer Responsibility
7.1 Inventory Forms
- Customers must complete inventory forms for each order. We are not responsible for unlisted items.
7.2 Objects Left in Garments
- We check garments for objects but are not liable for items left in pockets.
7.3 Storage Fees
- Orders unclaimed after 30 days incur a 12% monthly fee.
- Items unclaimed after three months may be sold.
8. Contests and Promotions
- Participation is subject to specific rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Disputes will be resolved in its courts.
