By engaging in our rug cleaning services, you, the client ("Client"), agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the terms carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Scheduling of Rug Cleaning Services

Clients must schedule rug cleaning services in advance through the Company’s designated booking system.

Pickup and delivery services for rugs are provided on specific days according to geographical locations. Please refer to the Company’s pickup and delivery schedule for the designated days in your area.

The Company reserves the right to amend or reschedule pickup and delivery times due to operational requirements, with prior notice provided to the Client.

Preparation of Rugs for Cleaning

Clients are responsible for ensuring that rugs are adequately prepared for the cleaning process. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Removing small, delicate, or breakable items from the immediate area surrounding the rug.
  • Providing any relevant information concerning the rug’s condition, including any stains, wear, or damage that may require special attention.

Failure to adequately prepare the rug or notify the Company of any special considerations may result in additional handling charges or delays in service.

Inspection and Identification of Rugs

Upon pickup, the Company will conduct a preliminary inspection of the rug to identify any visible damages, stains, or special cleaning requirements.

Clients are encouraged to disclose any known issues or concerns with the rug’s condition during the scheduling of the service or at the time of pickup.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service for rugs with excessive damage or in conditions that may prevent proper cleaning.

Types of Rugs Accepted for Cleaning

True Dry Cleaning and Laundry is equipped to clean a variety of rug types, including but not limited to wool, silk, synthetic, and natural fibre rugs.

Clients must provide accurate information regarding the rug’s material composition in order for the Company to determine the most suitable cleaning method.

The Company will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the Client’s failure to disclose the correct material composition or any pre-existing conditions.

Rug Cleaning Process

The Company will conduct a comprehensive rug cleaning process, which may include shampooing, rinsing, disinfecting, and drying.

Stain removal and dust elimination will form integral parts of the cleaning procedure, using specialized techniques to ensure that rugs are thoroughly cleaned.

Additional treatments may be applied based on the rug’s material or the Client’s request, subject to additional charges.

Drying and Delivery of Cleaned Rugs

Rugs will undergo a thorough drying process to ensure that they are returned to the Client in a clean and optimal condition.

Delivery of cleaned rugs will occur in accordance with the Company’s standard delivery schedule. Clients will be notified of the delivery time in advance.

The Company will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by external factors beyond its control.

Post-Cleaning Inspection by Clients

Clients are strongly encouraged to inspect their rugs upon delivery. Any concerns or issues with the cleaning must be reported to the Company within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

The Company will address any reported concerns in a prompt and professional manner, provided they fall within the terms of this policy.

Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

While the Company exercises the utmost care in handling and cleaning rugs, the Client accepts full responsibility for any damages arising from pre-existing conditions, inherent characteristics of the rug’s material, or any undisclosed issues.

The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the Client’s failure to provide accurate information regarding the rug’s material composition or pre-existing damage.

In cases where negligence is attributed to the Company, liability will be limited to the cost of cleaning, and not the replacement of the rug.

Payment Terms

Clients are required to settle payments promptly upon delivery or in accordance with any prior agreements made with the Company.

Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or the withholding of further services.
